Stone Atelier by SKL ships worldwide, with dedicated logistics for the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.

 

Production & Lead Times

Each piece is carved to order. Standard collection pieces typically require 8–12 weeks for production; bespoke commissions may require longer, depending on scale and finish. Estimated timelines are confirmed at the time of order.

 

Freight & Delivery

Given the weight and scale of natural stone furniture, all orders are shipped via specialist freight carriers experienced in handling fine stone goods, with full crating and insurance. Delivery is typically white-glove, including placement within the room of choice, subject to site accessibility.

 

Shipping Costs & Customs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and crating requirements, and are quoted individually for each order. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price.

 

Order Tracking

Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery window by email. Our team remains available throughout transit to coordinate delivery access and installation logistics.
