Shipping policy

Stone Atelier by SKL ships worldwide, with dedicated logistics for the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the rest of the world.

Production & Lead Times

Each piece is carved to order. Production time depends on the product, and shipping time depends on the destination. Together these make up the total delivery estimate for your order.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region

Product	UK	USA	UAE	KSA	Europe	Rest of World
Sink	4 + 6 weeks	4 + 8 weeks	4 + 4 weeks	4 + 4 weeks	4 + 6 weeks	4 + 8 weeks
Sculpture	6 + 6 weeks	6 + 8 weeks	6 + 4 weeks	6 + 4 weeks	6 + 6 weeks	6 + 8 weeks
Bath Tub	6 + 6 weeks	6 + 8 weeks	6 + 4 weeks	6 + 4 weeks	6 + 6 weeks	6 + 8 weeks
Benches	6 + 6 weeks	6 + 8 weeks	6 + 4 weeks	6 + 4 weeks	6 + 6 weeks	6 + 8 weeks

Each figure shows production time + shipping time. For example, "6 + 8 weeks" means 6 weeks of production plus 8 weeks of freight, roughly 14 weeks in total. "Rest of World" covers destinations outside the UK, USA, UAE, KSA and Europe. Bespoke commissions may take longer depending on scale and finish; exact timelines are confirmed at the time of order.

Freight & Delivery

Given the weight and scale of natural stone furniture, all orders are shipped via specialist freight carriers experienced in handling fine stone goods, with full crating and insurance. Delivery is typically white-glove, including placement within the room of choice, subject to site accessibility.

Shipping Costs & Customs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and crating requirements, and are quoted individually for each order. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price.

Order Tracking

Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery window by email. Our team remains available throughout transit to coordinate delivery access and installation logistics.
