An elongated walking figure, mid-stride, set against a large open ring that rises behind and around it. The proportions are deliberately attenuated — long limbs, a small simplified head — so the figure reads as movement rather than anatomy, while the ring holds it still within a single clean geometry.
Carving a continuous slender ring in solid stone is the difficult part of this piece: the section stays thin the whole way round with no join, which means the block has to be read carefully for grain before any material is removed. The surface is left lightly textured so it catches side light along the limbs.
Worked entirely by hand from a single block and mounted on a flat stone base. Made to order and hand-inspected before crating. Alternative stones and scales available on request.

Installation
Freestanding placement on a floor, plinth or surface rated for the sculpture's weight. Felt or rubber isolation pads recommended on polished or timber surfaces. White-glove placement available in select regions - ask your consultant.
Care
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only where required. Reseal every 12 months with a stone-safe sealant. Avoid acidic, alkaline, or abrasive cleaning products.
Warranty
5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural veining, tonal variation, inclusions and mineral markings are inherent characteristics of solid stone and are not considered defects.
